Is the damage covered by insurance?

Sometimes your residential or commercial shade structure’s damage can and will be covered by insurance. We have worked with most insurance companies through most types of repairs.

Failing Thread?

Some installers use a Bonded Polyester thread which in 3-4 years breaks down and comes apart. A Shade Sail can be repair at this point. We will re-sew the whole shade sail with a lifetime warranted PTFE Thread.

Is your shade sail sagging or looks lose?

This could be caused by a few different problems. One a broken cable or failed hardware. Every type of shade structures fabric membrane will have a cable in the perimeter of it. This cable is part of the structural integrity of the material. If the cable had broken the fabric will appear lose or sag.

Another cause for a shade sail to look lose is that the materials has “Broken in”. Shade cloth has elasticity, much like an old T-shirt. After a few years the materials may need an adjustment.

Maintenance is the number one solution to prevent any premature failures. Most shade structures should meet or exceed the lifespan of the material used. Most common shade cloths carry a 10 year warranty against sun degradation, this is the expected lifespan.
