Permanent umbrellas are shade structures ideal for areas with limited space for footings or facilities wanting a modular shade system. The elegant lines of our SunTech Permanent Umbrella add visual appeal to any outdoor seating area, restaurant patio, or car dealership.
These permanent umbrellas have been used for other public areas such as pool decks, smoking areas, architectural features, and even for providing shade for animals.
Standard sizes are common but we do offer custom sizes of the SunTech Umbrella.
SunTech Permanent Umbrella Features:
Our standard umbrellas are 15′ by 15′, 4-sided hyperbolic with one column, and can be scaled up to 20′ by 20′. They are shade sails supported by a frame, not columns. A great option for small areas. We use stainless hardware and powder coat the frame before installation.
Our SunTech Permanent umbrella require a small footing and rebar cage, installation typically takes approximately 3 hours once you have a footing in place.
SunTech Permanent Umbrella is great for any backyard patio, shade around a pool, or a carport in the cantilever configuration. Once installed, you do not need to close the umbrella as they are permanently open and rated up to 90 MPH wind loads.
Fabric Options:
The standard shade cloth material we use on our umbrellas is HDPE shade cloth Commercial 95 by Gale Pacific.
