Residential structures are completed with the same level of quality and integrity. With residences we offer free on-site consultations as well as design services from conceptual to engineered plan sets.
3D Designs
Our conceptual design service is a great way to show you the custom shade design before we start construction. If you live in an HOA this is also a great way to get approval for your project. Our consultant will meet with you to review your needs, space, esthetic requirements and budget and within 5-10 business days, you will receive a design package with up to four design perspectives. This allows you to see what you are getting before we move forward. From there we can determine whether you would like to make adjustments or move forward with installation.
