3D Design Services
Every shade project starts with an idea — an area you would like to shade. We can help you take that idea and turn it into a reality. We offer 3D conceptual design service which gives you the ability to see the project before we build it for you.
Engineering Services
Engineering tension fabric structure or shade sails can be a tough task for some. We offer comprehensive design and engineering services untouched by others. Fabric shade structures are very unique and unfamiliar to most — We only build tension fabric shade structures, giving us the chance to control every aspect of the structure from footing design to fabric connections.
Municipal submittals
Submitting for a building permit can be a time consuming task with many hoops to jump through. Some building divisions actually have various code and zoning rules for carports, awnings, and even playground shade structures. We offer design submittal and building permit services for all shade projects within Arizona.
Manufacturing
We specialize in both structural steel fabrication and fabric membrane manufacturing. With very few limitations to scale, we are equipped to take on any project. One of the benefits of doing the work in-house is that we can control the quality from day one and project turn around is much quicker than if we were to outsource portions of the project. We only manufacture shade sails, structures and other shade canopies; we do not build homes or pools.
Repair and replacement
Shade sails and other fabric canopies do experience some wear in wind storms and from other sources by accident. Depending on the age of the shade cloth, we can sew a repair patch or hem to fix a torn or ripping shade sail. Under engineered structures’ steel frames or columns will fail over time; we can replace them with proper sized steel or hardware. We also offer complete shade fabric replacement for shade sails, hip structures, shade structures, and awnings.
