The Sporthaven Marina Patio Shade Sails

Over the summer of 2015 ArchiFab USA had the privileged in fabricating and installing 2 custom patio shade sails for the Sporthaven Marina Restaurant in Brookings, Oregon.

The restaurant took an unused area of the marina just behind it and made it into an amazing dining patio. Surrounded by a wall of clear glass the patio gives you the feel of comfort and warmth. Adding shade sails only multiplied that feeling.

Not only does this shade sail design create an elegant atmosphere, it’s also a great attention grabber for the restaurant. Whether you are driving along scenic coast highway or passing through the Brookings Marina, if you don’t notice the Sporthaven Marina sign, you certainly see our shade sails.

Make Your Restuarant “Iconic” with Shade Sails

The addition of the shade sail to the SportHaven Marina patio has transformed it into an iconic destination that is impossible to overlook.

This shade array is a 5-column design with 2 shade sails.

The material used was Commercial 95 shade cloth, and stainless hardware was used throughout.

Commercial 95 is warranted for 10-years.

Our shade sails not only make your restaurant a sought-after destination. Shade sails also utilize space that would otherwise be unusable due to the harsh summer sun.

There are a few things that make Shade Sails a unique shade option. Shade sails offer a lot more shade than a common patio awning or canopy. We can design shade sails to fit almost any area you need shaded. We can aslo come and take the sail down during the winter months to offer the sun to your outdoor customers. The sails can be taken down and put up with a handy employee with supplied instructions.
